Starting Salary Range $133,732 - $156,448 Annual (Management Salary Grade 29)
- The position's full salary range is $133,732 to $197,956. New employees cannot be placed higher than $156,448 (step 5 on the salary grade) due to internal equity. The application is used to determine the initial salary placement for selected candidates. All employment and education history will be considered.

- Lane Community College is considered a qualifying public employer for the purposes of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
. Through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, full-time employees working at the College may qualify for forgiveness of the remaining balance on Direct Loans after 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan. Education:
Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
- Three (3) years of increasingly responsible administrative, management, and leadership experience in higher education.
- Progressive experience in developing and implementing effective workforce training and development programs, and/or educational programs.
Licensure or Certification Requirements:

- Must work and reside in the state of Oregon at the time their work is being performed.
Preferred Education:
Doctoral degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience teaching at a higher education institution.
- Experience working in collaboration with bargaining units and constituent groups.

Purpose
The Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs for CTE and Workforce Development, working in partnership with the Vice President of Academic Affairs, works to achieve the vision and mission for academic affairs in the college while providing leadership and management for the divisions and departments they oversee.
Housed within the Career Technical Education and Workforce Development division with Academic Affairs are the following divisions and programs:
