Special Education Teacher

Clarif Staff Solutions is partnering with an Oregon school district to recruit a qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time, on-site position. This opportunity is a strong fit for an educator who values personalized instruction and is committed to helping students with varying academic, behavioral, and developmental needs succeed in the classroom. The selected teacher will provide specialized instruction and targeted interventions based on individual student goals.

You'll adapt curriculum and teaching methods, support access to grade-level content, and create structured learning experiences that encourage skill development and independence.

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families.
• Adjust curriculum, assignments, and instructional approaches as needed.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Implement positive behavioral strategies and maintain an organized classroom.
• Monitor student performance and document progress toward established objectives.
• Provide differentiated instruction aligned with individual learning needs and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and school support personnel.
• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment focused on student development.

Requirements:

• Active Oregon teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
