KPFF Eugene Structural is looking for motivated experienced structural engineers to help build and shape a growing office. The Eugene Structural office is a satellite of our office in Portland, OR. By joining, you will gain the stability of an established office and the excitement of participating in the development of a new office. KPFF is about freedom to work on projects that inspire you.
Our engineers work on a diverse spectrum of projects locally and worldwide. You will be trusted to work independently as well as collaboratively with talented engineers, BIM/CAD technicians, architects, project managers, contractors, and client teams on a wide array of intriguing projects.
PLEASE NOTE:
You will be working closely with the Eugene Structural office’s team leader, and to be successful you will need to work independently with minimal supervision on basic engineering tasks. This is not a remote position; you are expected to be in the Eugene office most of the time to work in‑person with teammates and clients.

- 3-8 years of structural engineering experience
- PE and MS or MEng degree (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer, reviewing plans, or conducting site visits
- Capacity to move around project sites, climb ladders, and navigate uneven terrain
- Occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds of equipment or materials
