Crowd Management Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 16.50 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and interact with guests and patrons, offering assistance and information as needed.
• Act as a visible and approachable point of contact, enhancing the guest experience through positive engagement.
• Clearly and politely communicate applicable event rules and policies to guests.
• Professionally enforce event policies to ensure the safety, order, and enjoyment of all attendees.
• Maintain a friendly, open, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Perform duties diligently during assigned short-term event assignments.

Crowd Management

Qualifications:

• Must be able to to stand/go up and down stairs for an 8-12hr shift
• Dress Code:
  All black from waist down. Pants:
  Black Dickies, Rustlers, Levi's, Wranglers, straight-leg or boot-cut pants, or black jeans (no fading, rips, tears, fraying, or overly tight styles). No leggings. Shirt:
  Solid white, black, or blue long- or short-sleeve shirt or turtleneck. A blue CMS shirt will be provided to wear over it. Shoes:
  Black rubber-soled shoes, boots, athletic/tennis shoes (limited white allowed), or boat/deck shoes. Hat (recommended):
  Solid black, blue, white, or gray baseball-style hat with no logos.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
