About the Role

We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our Event Staff & Crowd Management Team. Successful candidates will assist with event operations, guest services, and crowd control to ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for attendees at concerts, festivals, sporting events, corporate functions, conferences, and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Welcome, direct, and assist guests
  • Manage entry and exit points
  • Check tickets, credentials, or registrations as required
  • Monitor attendee flow and maintain orderly lines
  • Provide crowd management and crowd control support
  • Assist with directing guests during high-traffic periods
  • Monitor designated event areas and report concerns to supervisors
  • Respond professionally to guest inquiries and issues
  • Help enforce venue policies and event guidelines
  • Support emergency procedures and evacuation plans when necessary
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and safety-focused presence throughout events
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments
  • Excellent situational awareness and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, crowd management, security support, or customer service preferred but not required
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working at large public events
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
Schedule

Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available
