We are seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team on-site at our Eugene, OR location. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and reporting while managing company-wide financial operations. Daily responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting organizational growth through data-driven decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and department heads to achieve financial objectives and ensure fiscal health.

• Expertise in Financial Planning and managing Finance operations
• Proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving
• Experience in financial forecasting, budget management, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA or MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years of executive-level financial management experience, preferably in an automotive or retail environment
