Where You Will WorkThis is an in-person role based at 545 E 8th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401 (Branches).
Pay RangeThe target hourly pay range for this position is $24.92 - $28.32. The full hourly pay range is $22.65 - $33.98.
Compensation Information- Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. If an offer is made, individual qualifications will be considered. In addition to salary, compensation incentives are available. Incentives are performance-based and targets vary by role.
This position manages all details of clients, prospects and vendors in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensures all required disclosures and transaction documentation is complete. Interacts daily with clients, processes client requests and answers basic client inquiries.
What You’ll Do- Interact daily with clients, process client requests and answer basic client inquiries in a timely manner. Address inquiries to appropriate areas.
- Manage account setup from submission of application to client delivery, including preparing all paperwork, tracking account status, fulfilling missing requirements, ensuring account/policy is issued, funds are received and the client’s file is complete for compliance needs.
- Document all contact and actions taken with clients in CRM, review the CRM dashboard daily to identify items that need to be addressed, confirm task completion and record notes in CRM.
- Coordinate the preparation of financial plans, annual or quarterly reviews and other ad-hoc client meeting materials.
- Discuss and organize follow-up steps with the advisors or firm principals after client meetings.
- Execute equity, fixed income, mutual fund and variable annuity transactions under the direction of the firm principal or advisors. Ensure RMDs and Advisory reviews are done annually.
- Execute trades as directed by the Financial Advisors.
- File statements, client information and other related documents.
- Manage phone calls, faxes and emails from clients and take action as needed in response to inquiries. Communicate actions taken to the advisor and record in the Contact Management System.
- Ensure that all required disclosures and transaction documentation are complete.
- Maintain security and insurance records.
- Maintain the client referral program by coordinating next steps and providing required advisor/principal support.
- Participate in the development of annual audit plans.
- Populate and maintain accurate client data in the CRM database.
- Prepare balance sheets, investment allocation summaries, meeting agendas, charts, graphs and additional services. Prepare client files for meetings with Financial Advisors.
- Prepare and input data into retirement plan forms and asset allocation programs.
- Schedule appointments for the Financial Advisors.
- Send outgoing wires.
- Verify cash balances for the systematic withdrawal program.
- Take securities and insurance applications and open securities and insurance accounts as requested.
- Monitor continuing education requirements for advisors, principals and team members.
- All other duties as assigned.
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Qualifications- A minimum of five (5) years' related experience in a support role in securities, insurance, and/or financial services.
- Series 7, Series 66 or Series 65 & Series 63, and Insurance License.
- Associate degree in business or a related field.
- File accurately and maintain department records.
- Perform duties accurately and with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of securities and insurance regulations which apply to the assigned level of responsibility.
