Salary$42.04–$54.64 hourly / $87,443.20–$ annually

Responsibilities Exceptional Analytical Skills- Provide analysis and recommendations to support policy makers and manage programs. Apply strong analytical and project management skills to budget development, ad hoc reporting, and impact or cost analysis.
- Cultivate a “now and later” perspective, anticipate future changes, and adjust plans accordingly. Understand how work fits into the larger organizational context and foster collaboration.
- Work effectively and collaboratively with stakeholders: community members, the Budget Committee, city departments, and internal staff to support and inform decision making.
- Be proactive, flexible, and efficient in service delivery, responsive to stakeholder needs, and build trust and confidence.
- Develop and cultivate a respectful and inclusive work environment, valuing diversity of teammates, the organization, and the community.

Minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of professional experience in program administration, preferably in the public sector.
- Six (6) months of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Equivalence to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in the assigned program area.
- Must pass a background check.
