As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, your journey begins by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series7, Series
66). After licensing, you will receive foundational skills to advise clients, build relationships, and support their financial lives. You will work in a financial center delivering core banking and investment solutions.
- Obtain required industry licenses and maintain them in compliance with the SAFE Act.
- Build and manage relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net‑worth clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend solutions using a consultative approach.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
- Accumulate and grow a portfolio of clients to advance to Financial Solutions Advisor StageII and beyond.
- Must obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) within 30 days of hire and Series7 & 66 within 120 days.
- Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Results‑driven mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to new technology.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Bilingual Mandarin preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday requirements. Typical hours include 8a.m. to 5p.m. or 9a.m. to 6p.m.
Training:
You will train at a financial center and may begin in a phone‑based capacity until a suitable center location is available.
Safety:
The role requires SAFE Act registration and background check; failure to maintain registration may result in termination.
