• True teamwork:
  Collaborate daily with a full interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, neuropsychology, case management, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, therapy technicians, and support staff in a collaborative environment where your voice matters.
• High‑intensity rehab focus:
  You'll primarily serve patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, progressive neurological conditions, amputation, orthopedic injuries, cardiopulmonary issues, and complex medical conditions.
• State‑of‑the‑art facilities: A new 42‑bed freestanding inpatient rehabilitation hospital (opening mid‑late 2026) will feature a 10‑bed traumatic brain injury unit and therapy spaces designed to integrate cutting‑edge rehab technology.
• Oregon lifestyle:
  Our River Bend Campus sits in the heart of the Willamette Valley, with rivers, trails, and mountains just minutes away.

• Implements treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities. Seeks consultation as necessary.
• Monitors patient’s responses to the treatment plan. Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist.
• Documents services provided and patient response/progress.
• Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.
• Assists with patient discharge planning. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and community support programs.

• Education:
  
  Associate’s Degree required, Graduate of a Program in discipline required.
• License:
  Physical Therapy Assistant in the state.
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS).
