Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor; NOC

About this Position

Lane County Behavioral Health’s Mobile Crisis Service Team seeks a dynamic individual to serve as Crisis Services Supervisor. The role provides oversight of services and support for the Mobile Crisis Service of Lane County program (MCS‑LC), collaborates with community partners, and participates in program development and maintenance.

• Facilitate team meetings and provide group and individual supervision.
• Interact with individuals receiving services and manage crisis intervention/response.
• Plan and supervise crisis‑related behavioral health projects, document quality improvement, and develop program planning, policy, and workflow.
• Ensure a 24‑hour/365‑day work schedule for MCS‑LC staff, maintaining continuity of coverage per contract.
• Provide backup crisis intervention/crisis response services as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and senior managers to support behavioral health initiatives.

10‑hour shifts Sunday–Wednesday, 9:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Off‑call, overtime, nights, weekends, and some holidays may be required.

Stipend of $50 per shift for NOC shifts.

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Four years of experience providing behavioral health services, including at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Possession of an Oregon licensure:
  Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Experience with crisis intervention, crisis triage centers, acute inpatient units, or substance abuse treatment centers.
• Experience overseeing and implementing treatment service delivery.
• Experience facilitating complex information with community partners such as mental health courts, acute care/state hospitals, jails, parole and probation, and correctional facilities.
• Experience with behavioral health treatment systems and programs, research‑based and effective treatment services.
• Experience managing organizational development or systems.
• Experience developing communication plans to maintain positive relationships with public and private entities.
• Experience advancing health equity, addressing systemic health disparities, and collaborating with diverse, vulnerable and underrepresented populations.

• Licensed in Oregon as one of the following:
  Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Oregon Driver’s License.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Transcripts, diploma, and CV or resume.
• Drug screening test; approval of license and certification will be verified.
