About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Mental Health Associate to join our team at our Clear Vue RTH and Pine Ridge RTF programs in Lane County, Oregon! The Residential Mental Health Associate will engage with residents to provide treatment services prescribed by their therapist both in the community and in the program and document those services in the EHR (Electronic Health Record).
They will provide direct treatment services to the clients according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on individual treatment services such as Activity Therapy, Skills Training, Case Management, Community Psychiatric Support, and Crisis Intervention. They will also provide direct group treatment services to the clients according to their individualized treatment plan by utilizing approved evidenced-based curriculum. The Residential Mental Health Associate will provide direct skills training and coaching within skill areas including but not limited to independent living/self-sufficiency, education, navigating the medical community, community living, and/or as assigned.
They will provide transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. They will maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services.
This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit. Wages, benefits, and working conditions are set in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You’ll Make
$23.69 - $25.14 per hour DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.
About the Program
Clear Vue is a co-ed, 5-bed Residential Treatment Home that serves adults living with a mental illness. Clear Vue has private bedrooms and partial baths for all residents, as well as common living space. Downstairs bedrooms and baths are fully ADA-accessible.
Pine Ridge is a non-secure 7-bed Residential Treatment Facility serving individuals living with a mental illness. Pine Ridge offers a therapeutic setting, and the property includes multiple community living areas for group connection, skills training, and recreation, as well as private space for individual therapy and support. Residents can also enjoy the outdoor area complete with large deck, raised garden beds, and lawn.

What You’ll Need
Must be registered as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO). Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science:
Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field; ORminimum three (3)years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting; ORequivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
