Caregiver Position

Almost Family – Eugene is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized, high-quality support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is dependable, caring, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

• $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility support.
• Support clients in following their care plans and maintaining healthy routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and other household tasks as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with community engagement and social activities.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently while following established care plans and agency policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
