About the Position

We are looking for a Residential Assistant Administrator to join our team at Pine Ridge RTF in Eugene, Oregon. The Residential Assistant Administrator will develop and maintain program structure and guidelines, monitor all aspects of the program operations, and support residents with severe and persistent mental illness. They will assist the Residential Administrator with daily oversight and coordination of on‑site and off‑site visits and appointments.

Additionally, they will provide treatment services, spend part of their shift on the floor to help residents develop skills for independent functioning, maintain a visible and reliable presence in the milieu, and communicate with the Residential Administrator and Facilities team to address building and operational needs.

Vocational Training Program

For applicants starting as a QMHA‑R, Columbia Care offers an optional Vocational Training Program that accelerates on‑job experiential learning and testing preparation, enabling completion of the 1000 supervised hours required for QMHA‑I certification in as little as 6 months.

Work Schedule

Sunday through Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day). This position requires on‑call availability based on program need.

What You’ll Make

$5,000 - $6,000 per month DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates.

About the Program

Pine Ridge is a non‑secure 7‑bed Residential Treatment Facility serving individuals living with a mental illness. The facility offers a therapeutic setting with community living areas for group connection, skills training, and recreation, as well as private space for individual therapy and support. Residents also enjoy an outdoor area complete with a large deck, raised garden beds, and lawn. Columbia Care Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

What

You’ll Need
  • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
  • Eligibility requires one of the following:
    Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science:
    Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field;
    Minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supervising union‑represented employees is preferred.
  • Driving is an essential function of this position. Provide a valid driver’s license from your state of residence and maintain it within 30 days of hire.
  • Physical requirements:

    ability to talk, listen, use hands and fingers, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
  • Must be 18 or older at the time of hire (OAR 309‑035‑0135).
