Position: Physical Therapist $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Clinic Environment

This clinic offers a calm, supportive environment led by a PT who values flexibility, mentorship, and leading by example. The space includes three private treatment rooms, a dedicated gym, and performance‑focused equipment such as a squat rack, barbells, ASTYM, cupping, and blood flow restriction therapy. Schedules are highly flexible, and leadership proactively adjusts workloads, documentation time, and daily flow to support clinician well‑being.

Clinicians receive strong support to develop or expand specialty programs through mentorship, continuing education, and marketing support. Ongoing growth is supported via on‑site mentorship, visiting mentors, a PT cohort program, and a gradual, supported onboarding process that prioritizes confidence and skill development.

The clinic treats a motivated outpatient orthopedic population ranging from high school athletes to active older adults. The PT Cohort Program is a two‑year community‑focused program that connects, develops, and elevates physical therapists through collaborative learning, curated mentorship, and a roadmap unique to your career path.

Mentorship Program
  • 48 hours of one‑on‑one time with seasoned Physical Therapists highly trained to mentor and develop newer therapists.
APTA Accredited Orthopedic Residency Program
  • Full, regular salary while completing the program.
  • Over 90% pass rate on the OCS Board Certification Exam (cost included).
  • Completion of the COMT certification through NAIOMT.
  • Strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, pattern recognition, and manual therapy skills.
  • 150 hours of mentorship.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks, and other issues within scope of practice.
  • Evaluate physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual abilities to determine the patient’s capabilities to function safely.
  • Document all evaluations, treatments, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.
  • Independently manage own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
  • Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.
  • Support special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of the organization’s mission and core values.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
What You Will Need To Bring To The Table
  • Physical Therapist license or anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
  • Commitment to top‑quality patient care.
  • Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop theirs.

Base compensation ranges from $80,000 – $93,000 + with a total compensation package of $91,000 – $104,000 + depending on experience and fit. Relocation/sign‑on bonus available.
