Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) for skilled nursing opportunities in Eugene, OR. Responsibilities- Utilize EMR to record patients’ medical information and vital signs
- Evaluate residents' physical function, strength, balance, mobility, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to improve mobility and functional independence
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and other skilled physical therapy interventions
- Recommend and train residents in the use of mobility aids, assistive devices, and other equipment as appropriate
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention strategies
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and resident outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards
- Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active PT license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in skilled nursing
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Active and unencumbered OR PT License or Compact PT License
- Government-Issued Photo Passport
- CPR/BLS
- Resume
- Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
- Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
