Associate Mental Health Therapist

Associate clinicians who anticipate obtaining full licensure on or before July 1, 2027, are encouraged to apply. We’re excited to support your transition to full licensure.

• Education: Master’s in social work, professional counseling, family therapy, or another qualified degree.
• License in Oregon: LPCA, CSWA, AMFT.
• Licensure Timeline: Associate clinicians must demonstrate a clear path to full licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) by July 1, 2027.
• Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence‑based practices to clients of all ages; expertise with children, adolescents, adults, or any age group is welcomed.

• Location: Onsite at our Eugene office.
• Position Type: Full-time, W-2 employee.
• Client Caseload: Full-time is defined as a 25-client caseload per week (25 one‑hour sessions). You may see more clients if that aligns with your goals.

• A background check will be performed on all hires; employment is contingent upon passing the check.

• Competitive Compensation: Income is based on billable services rendered. Earn between $67,158 and $84,708 per year (4- or 5-day workweeks). Potential earnings increase with client engagement and scheduling.
• Growth Opportunities: Licensed clinicians earn $76,032 to $120,960 depending on schedule after licensure and a pay/benefits increase.
