We are seeking a Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) to join our team. The Clinician will provide individual therapy sessions to clients in our Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Program, addressing a range of mental health and behavioral issues for adults. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in psychedelic therapy, trauma informed care, experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial mental health evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct Ketamine Preparation Sessions, Education, and Integration.
- Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Assess clients using standardized assessment tools.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Provide crisis intervention and develop prevention strategies.
- Stay current with developments in social work and mental health fields.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD license in the state of Oregon.
- Proven experience in individual therapy and mental health assessments.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
