Job Description & How to Apply Below

Come work at an amazing, supportive setting, with adorable little kids! This is the meaningful counseling job you're looking for! We intervene at the critical preschool age to help keep kids from going down the road of needing residential placement once they enter kindergarten. This is THE place to work if you want to make a difference in children's lives. As a Bilingual Therapist, you WILL be using your Spanish skills with our population.

Relief Nursery is a non-profit COA agency that provides comprehensive family support services that are easily accessible to families who are raising children birth through five years of age and who are experiencing high levels of stress. We provide early intervention that centers on building successful and resilient children and strengthening parents. Our staff work as a team to provide a unique array of support, from therapeutic classrooms and outreach programs, to parenting education, substance use disorder recovery support and more.

Now more than ever, these families need your support.

This is a unique opportunity to serve Spanish- and English-speaking families in our programs by providing therapeutic support and skill development to children in an early childhood classroom setting, as well as family therapy, basic needs support and case coordination, in their native language. We believe that supporting families when children are young brings the greatest change and we are searching for an individual that wants to be a part of the multi-disciplinary team that provides that assistance.

At Relief Nursery, our clinicians use Play Therapy-based, trauma informed interventions. We view families from a holistic perspective, and provide what they need to thrive. We focus on removing barriers to treatment, and working to improve the attachment relationship between caregivers and children, and help them heal from trauma. We provide a flexible and supportive work environment, significant clinical training, and support for licensure supervision.

We welcome applicants of diverse backgrounds and strive to hire individuals interested in the unique, challenging, and rewarding career opportunities that help support this mission.
