Overview

Life Stance Health is hiring licensed mental health therapists to join our Corvallis, OR office.

• Provide high‑quality behavioral healthcare to patients.
• Apply evidence‑based practices, including PCIT, when appropriate.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Associate licensed clinicians may be considered.
• Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents across the lifespan.
• Residence within commutable distance of the local clinic.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.

Top compensation can exceed $123,000 – $141,000 per year, no cap. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, employee assistance program, and more.
