Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Eugene, Oregon.

- Location:
Eugene, OR – 13‑week outpatient contract
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program.
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
