Licensed Social Worker
Provide clinical social work services in a healthcare setting, supporting patient care and well-being. Handle cases requiring at least one year of recent clinical experience, and ensure compliance with licensure standards. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans, offer counseling, and advocate for patients. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications & SkillsMust hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license and BLS (AHA) certification. Strong clinical skills, compassionate communication, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Prior experience in a healthcare environment is required.
