Occupational Therapist
Seeking a qualified OT to evaluate and treat patients according to physician referrals, develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans, and accurately document services. The role involves supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients based on physician referrals
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Accurately document services and outcomes
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Provide skilled occupational therapy to improve patient independence
- Work within a collaborative care environment focused on quality outcomes
- Accredited OT degree (MOT or OTD)
- Active state license or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and communication skills
