Centra Healthcare Allied in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in a SNF/LTC setting. This contract runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts, starting ASAP.
You will assess referred patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families under physician direction. Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program and active state licensure or current licensure application.
