We are hiring quality Caregivers to provide compassionate support to residents in a 12‑hour shift schedule with a 42‑hour work week, including built‑in overtime.

Work / Life Balance: 12‑hour day (7 am–7 pm) or night (7 pm–7 am) shifts; 3 ½ days off followed by 3 ½ days worked, totaling 42 hours per week.

Starting wage: $15.50 to $21.77 per hour, DOE.

• $2.00 per hour NOC shift differential
• $1.25 campus differential (McKenzie Living Eugene, McKenzie Living Springfield, Specific Need Division at Gateway Living)
• No experience required – on‑site training (LEARN AND EARN)
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus
• Education reimbursement
• Competitive wages with review at 3 months

• 12 hours PTO for birthday
• 42 hours paid time off per year, increasing after 2 years

• Pass a State Criminal Background Clearance
• Pass pre‑employment drug screening
• Work one weekend day per month
