Pay: $33–$47 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
  • Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living
  • Teach and support use of adaptive equipment to promote independence
  • Facilitate therapeutic activities that improve function and engagement
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident progress
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
Qualifications
  • Current Oregon Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability and clinical judgment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with facility staff and residents
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
