Occupational Therapist; OT

Position

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Provides direct rehabilitation care in occupational therapy for patients based on physician referrals. Responsibilities include developing and adjusting treatment plans, supervising therapy staff, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Must be proficient in therapy software, maintain professional relationships, and adhere to legal and facility standards.

NBCOT certification, licensure in the state, graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, CPR certification, and preferred one year of experience, though new grads are welcome. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
