Starting Pay: $47–$60 per hour depending on experience.

What You ll Do
  • Screen, evaluate, and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment programs
  • Design effective treatment plans and establish functional goals
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living skills
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident outcomes
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Oregon or eligibility for licensure
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and collaboration skills
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to patient-centered, goal-driven care
