Histotechnologist (HT​/HTL

An established, physician-owned specialty practice in Eugene Oregon is seeking a Histotechnologist (HT or HTL). This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in growing high-quality laboratory within an outpatient practice in a brand new facility.

• Brand-new laboratory in a modern medical facility
• Stable outpatient practice with predictable specimen volume
• Close collaboration with physicians and pathology professionals

• Prepare high-quality histologic sections through embedding, microtomy, staining, and cover slipping
• Perform routine quality control and instrument maintenance
• Assist with development and maintenance of laboratory policies, procedures, and quality initiatives
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laboratory regulations and standards
• Collaborate with physicians and laboratory leadership to ensure timely, accurate results

• HT (ASCP) or HTL (ASCP) certification preferred (or certification eligible)
• Histology experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
