Job Description

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate care and support to our clients. As a DSP, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Job Location

We have various locations in and around Linn, Lane and Benton Counties. Our main office is downtown Corvallis, however our clients are in our residential homes, as well as their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, community outings, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Support clients in achieving their personal goals and fostering independence.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Document and report any changes in clients conditions or needs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a care‑giving role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.
