What You'll Do
- Provide respiratory therapy or nursing services to patients in their homes within Eugene and surrounding communities
- Conduct patient assessments and deliver necessary treatments aligned with clinician credentials
- Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for patient care plans
- Travel within assigned territory; personal vehicle required
- Participate in on-call rotation (optional)
- Support patient comfort and safety during visits
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Reside within 30 miles of Eugene, OR
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Experience in home healthcare settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
