What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory therapy or nursing services to patients in their homes within Eugene and surrounding communities
• Conduct patient assessments and deliver necessary treatments aligned with clinician credentials
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for patient care plans
• Travel within assigned territory; personal vehicle required
• Participate in on-call rotation (optional)
• Support patient comfort and safety during visits

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Reside within 30 miles of Eugene, OR
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Experience in home healthcare settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
