Mission Healthcare is seeking a Speech Language Therapist (SLP) for home health in the Corvallis area. You will evaluate patients in their home, develop individualized plans of care for speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders, and deliver therapy using specialized techniques.
Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP, state SLP license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred). BLS CPR certification is also required.
