Mental Health Supervisor needed in Lebanon, Oregon

A growing behavioral health organization is seeking an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Director/Supervisor to lead the mental health services team. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health care by clinical staff. This leadership role requires a strong background in mental health practices and policies, best practices, and ethics established by licensing boards and the state of Oregon.

A working knowledge of the standards, rules, and regulations established by the Oregon Health Authority is necessary. This position will play a pivotal role in maintaining our organization’s approach to mental health treatment and support.

• Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff and interns.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive treatment programs tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Oversee patient care plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve service delivery.
• Conduct assessments and provide direct counseling services.
• Facilitate clinical staff training on emerging therapeutic techniques and ethical standards, and maintain records of clinical staff continuing education requirements and adherence.
• Ensure clinical staff and organizational compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational polices related to mental health services.

• Work in-person at the clinic.
• Licensed mental health professional (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• Must be, or able to be, licensed in Oregon and certified as an approved supervisor in the state of Oregon.
• Proven leadership experience in a mental health setting or healthcare organization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-level tasks while maintaining high standards of care.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about current mental health research and practices.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the mental health field.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year.
