Role OverviewThe CNA provides routine daily nursing care and services to residents, following assessments and care plans.
Responsibilities include- Checking residents to ensure personal care needs are met according to their wishes.
- Reviewing and updating care plans daily, reporting any changes in residents' conditions.
- Assisting residents with daily activities, preparing for social programs, and transporting to appointments.
- Creating a warm, patient, and cheerful environment to promote resident comfort.
- Preparing residents' rooms and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Participating in facility surveys and effectively communicating resident information to nursing staff and management.
Compassion, strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to follow care plans, and teamwork are essential.
