Job Summary:

Join our team as a Phlebotomist and play a vital role in patient care by collecting blood samples with precision and compassion. You’ll ensure accurate labeling, maintain sample integrity, and provide a positive experience for patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Oversee electronic lab orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all patients.
  • Administer and record injections.
  • Assist with IV administration and documentation.
  • Conduct lab and therapeutic phlebotomy draws.
  • Cross-train to cover various clinic areas, including medical assistance and front desk duties as required.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the provider or manager.
  • Utilize problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address patient complaints.
  • Attend scheduled departmental staff and clinical meetings.
  • Ensure full compliance with One Peak Medical's Employee Handbook and the Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist Binder in carrying out all duties and services.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support One Peak Medical.
