Independence Rehab is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support three Eugene area geriatric clinics:
Emerald Valley, Waterford Grand, and Spring Valley. The role focuses on outpatient care on an as-needed basis and requires 15-20 hours per week.
You will work closely with a PT and care team to guide mobility, balance, and functional training, helping residents stay independent and safe. Oregon PTA license and SNF experience preferred but not required.
