Direct Support Professional that specializes in providing supportive care to children and young adults who are living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, we'd like to hear from you.
OfferingW2 employment with a starting pay at $23.00 per hour;

Currently, we are offering afternoon and evening shifts.
Candidates must have a driver's license.
Preferred Skills- Patience and understanding withyoung adults and children who are living with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Experience in building independent living skills such as hygiene, safety, social skills, expressive and receptive communication, meal prep, etc.
- Knowledge of home care services.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Experience supporting high-risk individuals with behavioral support plans.
- OIS Training and Certified (pays at a higher rate).
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Personal Support: 1 year (Required)
- High school or equivalent
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- English, Reading, Writing, and Spoken (Required)
- Be able to pass a background check
- Effective communication with families, medical providers, and other support personnel.
- Able to make calm decisions and provide support in emergency situations.
- Be certified in CPR and First Aid by a recognized training agency within 90 calendar days of employment.
- If transporting individuals, have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance in compliance with the laws of the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Candidates must have a driver's license.
Must also have a smartphone
