About the Position

We are looking for a Licensed Medical Professional (LMP) to join our Outpatient Services Program in Medford, Oregon; or to work remotely from within Oregon. The LMP will provide high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to culturally diverse individuals as scheduled, with primary responsibility for medication evaluation/management. They will also promote trauma informed, strengths-based, client-centered approach to assist clients in achieving their individual goals.

The LMP will work cooperatively with Outpatient Services providers and personnel to carry out clinically indicated outpatient therapy services, which helps maintain continuity of care for members within our community.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full Time (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Make

Starting at $11,250+ per month DOE/Credentials

Additional 5% Language differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.

About the Program

Columbia Care Outpatient Services offers friendly, professional, and integrated behavioral health services in Southern Oregon’s Jackson County! Our skilled team of staff provides comprehensive services to meet the needs of Jackson Care Connect and All Care members as they pursue a healthier and happier future. For the convenience of our clients, we offer regular outpatient clinic hours in two locations, and both our Central Clinic and Downtown Clinic offer same-day, walk-in intakes to establish care.

Columbia Care Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

What You’ll Need

Must have one (1) of the following current medical or nursing licenses & Corresponding certifications:

  • Psychiatrist license issued by the Oregon medical board and board certification ABPN
  • Physician’s Associate (PA) physician’s associate license issued by the Oregon medical board and board certification from NCCPA
  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license issued by Oregon State Board of Nursing and certification from ANCC is a plus
  • A current DEA certification, and previous experience providing acute psychiatric care or outpatient community mental health treatment is required.

    Must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
