West Eugene Treatment Center is seeking an Intake Coordinator / OHP Assistor to provide compassionate care to our clients.
$22.00hr-$26.00hr Depending on experience
Relocation Assistance Provided!
Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.
- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

- Manage incoming appointment requests, referrals, transfers, and pre-intake screenings for new clients.
- Coordinate admissions, including scheduling, obtaining records, verifying insurance, and following up on no-shows.
- Assist clients with Oregon Health Plan (OHP) eligibility, applications, renewals, and required follow-up.
- Help clients navigate the Oregon ONE Eligibility System and understand available health coverage.
- Verify private insurance and explain applicable co-pays and out-of-pocket costs.
- Build and maintain client charts, consents, ROIs, admission paperwork, and other required documentation.
- Orient new clients to the program and connect them with transportation and other community resources when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation throughout the intake and OHP assistance process.
- High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of general office/clerical experience.
- Ability to complete and maintain required OHP Assistor training/certification
. - Strong communication, customer service, organization, and data-entry skills.
- Basic computer and standard office equipment skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
