Night Auditor - Graduate Hilton Eugene

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Graduate by Hilton Eugene. SHG is rooted in a service culture that exudes hospitality, respect, authenticity, and a commitment to making a positive impact on our stakeholders.

• Audits the daily guest ledger
• Handles all end‑of‑day accounting functions, including posting daily room rates and room tax
• Ensures the accuracy of all charges to guest folios
• Calculates the sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations, and resolving guest issues
• Creates cash drops in accordance with proper cash handling procedures
• Organizes the front desk area so that the A.M. front desk staff can prepare for their shift
• Monitors the hotel security camera system
• Ensures the lobby is well‑maintained, properly lit, and with music at an appropriate volume
• Works nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Performs any other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or as a Night Auditor
• Knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS)
• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to multi‑task
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team player

• Basic accounting and math skills
