Guest Service Representative
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team at Graduate by Hilton Eugene.

- Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition
- Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
- Escort VIPs to rooms and checks them in prior to arrival
- Answers the telephone within three rings with a smile, answers questions accordingly or transfers as needed
- Responsible for issuing and counting bank at the beginning and end of shift; ensures all cash drops comply with proper cash handling procedures and reports all cash over/shorts to management
- Keeps front desk area clean and organized
- Assists with lobby activation as needed
- Utilizes proper procedures when handling guest PPI data
- Follows checklist when checking guests in or out; always retrieves necessary identification documents and form of payment upon arrival
- Attends promptly to guest needs and inquiries
- Performs various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
- Minimum of one (1) year in front desk operations
- In‑depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations
- Minimum of high school education
Skills and Abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation Range
$15.50 - $18.60
