WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our HRIS Analyst, you will support and optimize our HR and Payroll systems, primarily UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Management, Benefits, and Reporting. In this role, you will lead system-related projects, collaborate closely with HR, Payroll and cross-functional partners, and ensure processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business needs.

You will design and develop reports, dashboards, and metrics that provide actionable insights, analyze data to identify trends and performance opportunities, and implement system and process improvements. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for system configuration, security administration, issue resolution, training, and data integrity.

To succeed in this role, you are a collaborative and self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity to deeply understand business processes and continuously improve them.

WHAT YOU NEED:
  • 1-3 years of HRIS experience or equivalent training.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with high productivity.
  • Above- average skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Experience with UKG and affiliated programs is highly preferred.
Compensation: $62,000-$80,000/yr (Depending on Experience) Why work for Pape’:
