WHAT YOU'LL DO:As our Human Resources Generalist, you will be a vital member of our HR function by supporting our people, strengthening our operations, and upholding the standards that keep our business moving forward. For this role, we're seeking a collaborative team member who will contribute to the overall success of our HR function while taking ownership of Driver Qualification (DQ) compliance and DOT programs for our company drivers.
You'll partner with operations and HR leadership to ensure our compliance programs are accurate, proactive, and audit-ready at all times.
Each day will bring good variety, responsibility, and challenge. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining Driver Qualification (DQ) files in UKG
- Reviewing motor vehicle records and tracking license and medical card expirations
- Administering the DOT Drug & Alcohol Random Testing Program
- Completing FMCSA Clearinghouse annual queries
- Processing accident reports
- Assisting with workers' compensation claims administration
- Conducting background checks as required

WHAT YOU NEED:- 2+ years of HR or compliance experience
- DOT knowledge preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
