Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable them to excel in this position. The following qualifications outline what we’re looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)

* 5+ years of progressive HR experience (required)

* Experience in a unionized environment (required)

* Manufacturing or operations experience (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* Demonstrated expertise in labor and employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and contract administration (as applicable)

* Strong working knowledge of HR fundamentals, compliance, and employment law, policies and processes.

* Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills

* Strong leadership and team development capabilities

* Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive change.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

* High level of accountability, resilience, and adaptability.
