Location Description

The Eugene, Oregon plant produces both organic and non‑organic granola, with annual production of up to 52 million pounds. The site supports a team of more than 200 manufacturing and support employees and plays an important role in supplying private label granola products across the U.S.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at our manufacturing facility. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive people strategies that support business goals while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing environment.

From talent acquisition to employee engagement, you’ll lead a full range of HR initiatives that make a meaningful impact—helping our teams grow, innovate, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic recruiting plans to ensure the site attracts and hires top talent
  • Partner with plant leadership to anticipate staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, proactively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
  • Support goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
  • Coach leaders on performance‑related matters and employee development
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate impactful training programs
  • Drive initiatives supporting career growth and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies
  • Continuously enhance HR processes and policies
  • Administer benefit programs and support compensation strategies
  • Champion wellness initiatives that promote employee well‑being
  • Maintain HR records and deliver data‑driven insights through reporting

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3–5 years of HR leadership experience, preferred in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, preferred experience with OR, WA and CA, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
