- Report to the VP of Business Development and sit within Executive Operations, with authority to build, improve, and lead IT infrastructure across the organization
- Build and manage a modern, secure, and strategically managed IT environment to support people, operations, and healthcare compliance obligations
- Serve as a single point of accountability for IT, thinking globally and strategically while solving day-to-day problems

- Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in-home care is a bonus
