ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – what you’ll own and lead as an IT Support Specialist
  • Own our entire technology environment – not just respond to tickets but also drive the strategic direction of how technology supports our work
  • Report to the VP of Business Development and sit within Executive Operations, with authority to build, improve, and lead IT infrastructure across the organization
  • Build and manage a modern, secure, and strategically managed IT environment to support people, operations, and healthcare compliance obligations
  • Serve as a single point of accountability for IT, thinking globally and strategically while solving day-to-day problems
