We are seeking a skilled Onsite Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands‑on technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Windows environments, and the ability to resolve hardware and software issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite desktop and deskside support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating system issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware/software problems.
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities.
  • Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and other business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Deploy software, updates, and operating systems using Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
  • Create, update, and resolve incidents using Service Now or a similar ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues when required and document resolutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional end‑user support.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Windows 10/11.
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft SCCM.
  • Active Directory.
  • Microsoft Office 365.
  • Service Now or similar ITSM tools.
  • Printer and Peripheral Support.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Field Support.
  • Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation for onsite assignments (if required).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with imaging and device deployment.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and remote collaboration tools.
