• Work with a team that includes DHH's
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Sign Language Interpreters for the  school year in the greater Eugene, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Competitive pay ($40-45/hour)
• W-2 employment with liability insurance included
• 401(k) with company match
• Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses
• Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses
• Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals

• Hold a EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) score of 3.0 or higher
• RID certification, OR NAD Level III certification
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
