About the Role
Coach Glass is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Supply Chain Planner to join our Purchasing and Supply Chain team at our Coburg headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site position, and is not eligible for remote work. This role is critical to ensuring we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time, to support both our Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket customers.
The Supply Chain Planner plays a hands-on role in inventory planning, forecasting, and material flow across our distribution centers. You’ll work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Warehousing to maintain strong inventory health, support supplier performance, and continuously improve our planning tools and processes.

What You’ll Do
- Forecast, plan, and manage inventory across multiple distribution centers to support customer demand
- Develop and maintain forecasting, planning, and inventory management tools
- Create, place, and manage purchase orders, including follow-up on production schedules and delivery commitments
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to support on-time production and delivery performance
- Monitor, audit, and reconcile inventory through receiving, transfers, adjustments, and warehouse optimization
- Track, analyze, and report inventory performance, partnering with internal teams to drive continuous improvement
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in materials management, supply planning, or procurement
- Working knowledge of import/export regulations and supply chain compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work extended hours when business needs require
- APICS certification and Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred
- Pre-employment drug test and background check required
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Regular walking throughout the office and warehouse areas
- Frequent typing and computer use
- Moderate noise levels with regular activity and interruptions
- Adherence to all company safety and ergonomic standards, including use of required PPE
