Position: Prepared Foods Team Leader (Culinary & Deli Department Manager)

Lead the Prepared Foods team and manage daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects;
Hire, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members; conduct performance evaluations;
Ensure outstanding customer service and foster a positive, high morale team environment;
Monitor and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets; maintain product assortment and inventory control;
Build collaborative relationships with department leaders and vendors; stay aware of competitors and industry trends
